Admissions Requirements

This nursing program is open to applicants who work in clinical settings and meet certain minimum requirements. To get started, submit your application with:

  • Proof of active and unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure, paramedic certification, or equivalent military credential
  • The Verification of Health Care Experience form with your supervisor’s signature
  • Your official Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) score. Most schools require this basic test of reading, math, science, and English skills, and most students meet the composite score requirement on their first try. Proficiency in these academic skills supports your learning in the nursing curriculum. Speak to an admissions counselor for information on TEAS prep resources and sample test questions to help get you started.

For more information, request a call from an admissions counselor or call 888-647-2388.
