Excelsior University Transcript Service

In conjunction with the National College Credit Recommendation Service (NCCRS), Excelsior University offers transcript services to learners of NCCRS member organizations.

If you've completed NCCRS evaluated training, courses, or examinations from one of Excelsior University’s sponsor organizations, you are eligible to apply to have your courses listed on an official Excelsior University transcript.

  • Validate your learning with a transcript from a regionally accredited institution
  • Easily showcase all your earned credits to employers or colleges to advance your education and career
  • Save time and money by eliminating multiple transcript requests


If your organization has NCCRS-evaluated training, courses, and/or examinations, you may become a sponsor organization. As a sponsor organization, you help learners further their education and advance their careers by obtaining an official transcript from Excelsior University for successful completion of your NCCRS-recommended training, courses and examinations within the active dates listed in CCRS Online. Becoming a sponsor is simple:

  • Complete the sponsor registration form
  • Submit completed form and payment of $2,000 directly to Excelsior University:

Have you completed NCCRS-evaluated training, courses, and/or examinations from one of Excelsior University's sponsor organizations? If so, you are eligible to have your courses listed on an official Excelsior University transcript.

  • Complete the NCCRS student application form
  • Submit application electronically to [email protected], along with $50 service fee. Additional transcripts can be requested for an additional fee of $20 through Parchment. Please do not include the official transcript fee in the NCCRS application.
  • Request official transcripts of recommended training, courses, and/or examinations be sent directly to Excelsior University from the sponsor organizations:
